To report a lost or stolen Debit Card after business hours, please contact a representative at 1-800-754-4128. Be sure to identify as CCB Community Bank Debit Card.

CCB Credit Card

To report a lost or stolen CCB Visa or MasterCard after business hours, please contact a representative at 1-800-423-7503.

Anytime, Anywhere

To bank by phone all you need is the last four digits of the Social Security Number of the Primary Person (the first name listed on the account), and the account number. You will then be asked to choose a PIN (Personal Identification Number). As long as you keep that PIN secure, only you can have access to that account information. Some accounts may be missing a social security number. So, if you have problems on your first try, please contact a Customer Service Representative at one of our banking locations.
After you enter your PIN number you are presented with menu options. As you become accustom to the 24-Hour Banking process, you may choose to bypass the voice-prompts by pressing the number to take you to your account information.
